To request a return, please email info@nyvose.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We’ll provide a return shipping label, and its cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued after the item(s) have been received in their original condition.

If your order arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email us your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, NYVOSE will send a replacement at no additional cost. Damage resulting from product misuse is not covered.

CANDLE CARE+

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Always burn on a stable, appropriately sized heat-resistant vessel that can safely contain melting wax. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
