Shipping policy
NYVOSE currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Order Processing
Every NYVOSE candle is individually hand-poured and carefully prepared in gift-ready packaging. Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer one standard shipping service for all eligible destinations.
- Orders of $69 USD or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders below $69 USD: flat $4.90 USD shipping.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. NYVOSE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address supplied at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs required to resend it are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives broken or damaged in transit, email info@nyvose.com with your order number and clear photos within 2 days of delivery. Once shipping damage is confirmed, NYVOSE will send a replacement at no additional cost.
