I'm Toby, and this is my human, Sarah.
This is our story: more movement, more purpose and more joyful play for high-energy dogs.
THREE YEARS AGO, TOBY FOUND SARAH.
Sarah didn't know it yet, but Toby was the missing piece. Her home was calm, quiet, and perfectly in order. Tragic, really.
So Toby moved in to fix that—and he'd say he has done a very good job.
He's a high-energy herding dog: curious by nature, always ready to chase and, according to Sarah, a full-time handful from day one.
Long walks were only the beginning. Toby needed a way to chase, nudge, solve problems and move with purpose.
That search became nyvose: thoughtfully made play for dogs with energy to spare—and humans who love every part of the adventure.
Turns out, a walk around the block wasn’t going to cut it.
Sarah went searching for better ways to meet Toby’s energy. Most toys were too small, too soft, or didn’t last long enough for the kind of play he had in mind. She wanted something that kept play safe, satisfying and genuinely fun.
That sent her into late-night research while Toby slept. (Or so he claimed.)
Eventually, Sarah set out to create nyvose: thoughtfully designed play for dogs who need more than a quick walk to feel fulfilled.
Once Toby had a bigger way to chase, nudge and work through his instincts, something shifted. He came home happily tired, settled and ready for a snooze. Still mischievous, of course—just a much more content kind of mischievous.
Sarah didn’t know it yet, but she and Toby had just accidentally created nyvose.
Of course, Toby immediately appointed himself Head of Toy Testing. Every nyvose toy is handed to him with the words, ‘go on then, Toby, do your worst.’
And he does his worst—then brings in his pack of dog-park chasers, herders and fun-havers to test every play session again.
The toys that made the cut? They’re right here in the nyvose collection. The ones that didn’t? Let’s just say they were very thoroughly loved.
