Herding Ball Warranty
At nyvose, our herding ball is made for active outdoor push-and-chase play and tested around real dog movement before it goes out the door.
What’s covered?
Your nyvose herding ball is covered by a two-month warranty from the date of purchase, for manufacturing defects only. This includes:
- Defects in stitching or seams
- Defects in the outer-cover material or construction
- Faults present before the first use
What’s not covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by a dog’s teeth, punctures, tearing or chewing
- Damage caused by using the ball before it is fully inflated
- Overinflation or underinflation
- Damage caused by excessive heat, including leaving the ball in a hot car or prolonged direct sun
- Normal wear from regular use over time
Please note: our herding ball is durable, but it is not indestructible. It is designed for supervised push-and-chase play, not chewing.
Making a warranty claim
To make a claim, email info@nyvose.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video of the issue
- A brief description of how the ball was inflated and used
Every claim is reviewed individually. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
