Products

NYVOSE creates handcrafted sculptural candles and candle accessories. Because candles are individually hand-poured, minor variations in color, surface finish and detail are natural and are not defects. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately, but screen displays may vary.

Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders or discontinue products where permitted by law.

Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and shipping information. An order is accepted only after payment has been authorized and the order has been confirmed by NYVOSE.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates, return eligibility and refund procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Product Use and Candle Safety

You are responsible for using products safely and following all product and candle-care instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn sculptural candles on a stable, appropriately sized heat-resistant vessel capable of containing melting wax, away from drafts, flammable materials, children and pets.

NYVOSE is not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by misuse, use on an unsuitable surface or vessel, unattended burning, or failure to follow product instructions and ordinary candle-safety practices.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, text, graphics, photographs and designs are owned by or licensed to NYVOSE and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment, shipping, analytics, reviews and order tracking. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
